Is teeth whitening safe?
ABSOLUTELY! Our organic teeth whitening gel formulation is a plant and mineral based product with built in enamel building qualities. Not only is the active ingredient safe and effective, it can also help kill bacteria. Our gel does not change or damage the structure of the teeth, as our gel is non abrasive. We use a cold blue LED light that oxidizes our gel to help speed up the process of the active ingredients.
What can I expect during the procedure?
You will undergo 3-4 back-to-back sessions, making the appointment about 90 minutes. The teeth whitening can brighten up to 14 shades. You will see an average improvement of three to eight shades after the first 20 minutes. Results will depend on your current tooth shade, the amount of treatment time, and the composition of your teeth. Everyone’s teeth are different and will have a natural stopping point. The end results will be a whiter, and healthier smile!
How long will the teeth whitening last?
We can’t guarantee how long results will last because everybody has different tooth composition, diet of colored foods and drinks, and hydration. These are factors in determining the length of results, but the average is 3-6 months.
Does it hurt?
This is the biggest question or concern with teeth whitening. Our organic teeth whitening gel contains no preservatives or harsh chemicals that will lead to sensitivity. Most clients experience no sensitivity, BUT a very small percentage of clients do because they are dehydrated which can cause dehydrated nerves in your teeth. Any sensitivity is short term and gone within 24-48 hours.
Will it work on crowns and fillings?
We are so excited to say….YES! Because our gel does an internal whitening, that means we can brighten ALL dental work back to the original color your dentist made them. We cannot guarantee they will match the rest of your new beautiful bright smile but you will be so happy with your overall brighter smile! If your existing dental work is not in your smile line then no need to worry, as they won’t be affected by the whitening process anyway.
Are there any side effects that might be experienced?
Some people may feel a slight tingling sensation or have minor discomfort during or after their teeth whitening. A few may have white spots, called blanching, on their gums as well. These effects are quickly relieved within a few minutes or so. Most people report no discomfort or sensitivity at all during or after their treatment. Different people react in different ways to ingredients and treatments, and this holds true for laser teeth whitening procedures.

This is our MOST POPULAR session for new clients!
You’ll be under the laser for approximately 60 minutes ending with a 10 minute red light therapy session if you desire. Please allow 90 minutes for your entire appointment.
Remember, you will not eat and drink only water for 2 hours following your session. Plan accordingly. You may only mouthwash before your appointment. Do not brush or floss your teeth within 6 hours of your appointment.
Please note, anyone under the age of 18 must be an accompanied by an adult.
Dual Make It Bright Laser Whitening Session
This teeth whitening package is perfect for sharing in your teeth whitening experience with friends and family. You’ll both be under the laser for approximately 60 minutes ending with a 10 minute red light therapy session if you desire. Please allow for 2 hours for this appointment.
Pricing noted is per individual, not for both. Come together & pay less per each! 🙂 🙂

Laser Whitening Touch Up Session
After you have come in for a 60 minute laser teeth whitening session, you may come back once a month for a 20 minute touch up session. This is highly recommended to keep that brightest smile.
Remember, you will not eat and drink only water for 2 hours following your session. Plan accordingly. You may only mouthwash before your appointment. Do not brush or floss your teeth within 6 hours of your appointment.

PRE-APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
Eat something before you come as you can’t eat for 2 hours after your appointment. You are allowed to drink water though.
Do not brush or floss 6 hours before your appointment as this can cause brush abrasions and sensitivity of your gums. You may, however, use mouthwash – in fact, we encourage it!
It’s very important to stay hydrated BEFORE and AFTER your appointment.
You will be on an “all-white” diet for 24 hours after your appointment. This will include things like water, eggs, bread, chicken, pork, turkey, noodles, mashed potatoes, white sauce, white cheese, white rice, white wine, etc. The pores in your teeth will be open and ready to grab any color within that first day, so it is crucial to follow these instructions. If this is for a special occasion and you will be eating out within 24 hours of your appointment you may think to reschedule.

We ask that you clear a space big enough for our chairs and lights. We also need to be fairly close to an electrical outlet, but we do province extension cords in the case that’s not possible.
Be sure to find the most well-lit area with daylight, or overhead lighting as this will help with accurate before and after photos.
We ask that you please remind everyone to be on time for their appointment, as we have a very tight schedule of clients back-to-back. If they are more than 10 minutes late, this could result in being charged our no-show fee.
